As with all my pizza ovens this one includes a 12mm cordierite pizza stone. This ensures the heat is distributed perfectly to create that delicious crispy crust we all desire.
The Carbonio oven eliminates lengthy preheating times and will be ready to go in 15 minutes. Once up to temperature, it's superior heat retention will also result in beautiful pizza cooking in just 90 seconds.
The four foldable legs make the Carbonio incredibly easy to transport and store, allowing you to take your pizza making anywhere.
